Cloud Migration & Hybrid Solutions

We move servers and applications to Azure, to new hardware or from VMware to Hyper-V in planned, tested phases — with a rollback path at every step and minimal disruption to your business.

Based in Trevose, PA — serving Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County, Delaware County and Chester County on-site, and businesses across the United States remotely.

What you get

  • No big-bang cutovers

Workloads move in small, planned waves, so any issue affects one group of systems — not the whole business.

  • A way back

Every wave has a tested rollback plan. If something isn't right, the original system is still there.

  • Data integrity protected

Verified backups before each move and validation afterwards confirm nothing was lost or corrupted.

  • Scheduled around you

Cutovers are planned for evenings or weekends when needed, with clear communication before and after.

Migrations without the drama

Migration projects fail when they’re rushed: systems moved without understanding their dependencies, no way back when something breaks, users surprised on Monday morning. Our methodology is designed to avoid all three.

We plan and run migrations for small and mid-sized businesses in Philadelphia, Bucks County and across the US — whether you’re moving to Azure, refreshing hardware or leaving VMware.

Migrations we handle

On-premises to Azure

We assess which workloads suit Azure, design the target environment and migrate using tools such as Azure Migrate. Where the business case is better on-premises, we’ll say so.

VMware to Hyper-V

Changes to VMware licensing following Broadcom’s acquisition have made Hyper-V an attractive alternative for many businesses. We plan the conversion of virtual machines, drivers and integration components, rebuild networking and backup on Hyper-V, and move workloads in tested waves.

On-premises to on-premises

New hardware, a new data center or a consolidated server room — we move workloads between environments with the same phased, rollback-ready approach.

Hybrid cloud

For businesses keeping some systems on-premises, we connect them securely to Azure with site-to-site VPN and unify management with Azure Arc, so the two environments operate as one.

Who this service is for

  • VMware customers facing higher renewal costs
  • Businesses moving servers or applications to Azure
  • Organizations replacing hardware or relocating a server room
  • Teams that need on-premises and cloud systems to work together

Our approach

  1. Discover

We inventory servers and applications and map their dependencies, so systems that talk to each other move together.

  2. Plan waves

Workloads are grouped into migration waves by risk and dependency, each with a schedule, test plan and rollback steps.

  3. Pilot

A low-risk workload goes first to prove the process, tools and timings before anything critical moves.

  4. Migrate & validate

Each wave is moved, tested with your users and signed off before the next begins.

  5. Decommission

Once everything is stable, old systems are retired safely and documentation is updated.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a migration take?
It depends on the number of servers, their dependencies and how much downtime each can tolerate. A handful of servers can move in a few weeks; larger environments run over several months in planned waves. After discovery we give you a realistic schedule.
Will we have downtime?
Usually a short, planned window per system. Replication-based tools keep source and target in sync until cutover, so the outage is limited to the final switch — and we schedule it outside business hours where needed.
Why are businesses moving from VMware to Hyper-V?
Mainly cost. After Broadcom’s acquisition of VMware, licensing moved to subscription-only, per-core bundles, and many small and mid-sized customers saw renewals rise sharply. Hyper-V is included with Windows Server and is a mature platform, so switching often removes a significant recurring cost.
What happens if something goes wrong during migration?
Each wave has a tested rollback plan, and source systems stay intact until the migrated workload has been validated and signed off. If something isn’t right, we switch back to the original system.
Should we move everything to Azure?
Not necessarily. We assess each workload for cost, performance and compliance. Many businesses end up hybrid: some systems in Azure, some on-premises, connected securely and managed together.
