Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit raynode.llc or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Raynode LLC (“Raynode”, “we”, “us”) operates the website www.raynode.llc. We respect your privacy and collect only the information we need to respond to you and to understand how our website is used.

Information you give us

When you send a request through our contact form, we collect the details you enter:

  • Full name and work email address
  • Company name, phone number and preferred contact method, if you provide them
  • Your message
  • The page you sent the form from and the service it relates to

You can also contact us directly by email or phone, in which case we receive the information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

To understand how visitors use our website and to improve it, we use two analytics services:

  • Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, how you arrived at the site, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location (city or region, based on your IP address). We also record when the contact form is submitted and when the phone number or email address is clicked.
  • Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft Corporation, records how visitors interact with pages — such as clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement — and produces heatmaps and session replays. Text you type into form fields is masked and is not captured by Clarity.

These services use cookies and similar technologies, described below. We use this information in aggregate to improve the content and usability of our website.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Our website itself does not require cookies to work. The analytics services above set the following:

  • Google Analytics: _ga and _ga_<ID>, used to distinguish visitors and sessions.
  • Microsoft Clarity: _clck and _clsk, used to recognize returning visitors and group page views into a session; Microsoft may also set the MUID cookie.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will continue to work without them.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request
  • Communicate with you about a project or proposal you have asked about
  • Understand how our website is used and improve it
  • Keep our website secure and working properly

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our website and business:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or others.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records. Analytics data is retained by Google and Microsoft according to the settings of our accounts and their own policies.

Your choices

  • Analytics opt-out: you can block cookies in your browser, use a privacy-focused browser extension, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Do Not Track: our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
  • Access, correction and deletion: you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the address below.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our website may link to other websites, such as those of our technology partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
